Costa Rica Ministry of Finance launches Tribu-CR mobile app

The Costa Rican Ministry of Finance has released Tribu-CR, a free mobile application designed to simplify tax declarations and payments. Available on Google Play and the App Store, the tool allows taxpayers to manage fiscal obligations 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world, subject to certain security restrictions.

Users can track movements made by themselves or authorized accountants, register or unregister, modify data, and verify their standing with tax obligations. The app also integrates the free Tico Factura billing tool. To ensure data protection, the platform utilizes device biometric authentication and other security measures to provide a secure user experience.
