COSYS integrates IT service management with internal logistics

COSYS is addressing the operational gap between IT service management (ITSM) and internal logistics in large enterprises. While digital processes often handle service requests and ticket approvals, a disconnect frequently occurs when physical hardware—such as laptops, smartphones, or tablets—must be located, prepared, and transported to employees across various locations.

By integrating with existing ITSM systems like Matrix42 via APIs and interfaces, COSYS converts approved digital requests into concrete logistical tasks. This automation provides logistics teams with essential data, including the recipient, target location, and specific equipment requirements, eliminating the need for manual lists or email notifications.

The system also enhances asset management through tracking capabilities. Using serial numbers, barcodes, or RFID, companies can maintain transparency regarding the availability and exact location of IT equipment throughout the entire movement and distribution process.
