COSYS is integrating pharmacy software with hardware solutions to streamline workflows in retail pharmacies. The COSYS pharmacy software and COSYS Click and Collect system aim to reduce the manual burden of personal order handovers by digitizing the entire process chain, from initial order and stock management to mobile picking and documented self-collection via pickup lockers.

To support these digital processes, the Zebra TC201 mobile device is utilized in conjunction with COSYS software. This hardware allows pharmacy staff to perform goods receiving, stock checks, and picking directly at the point of delivery. The device is designed for professional environments, featuring a 6-inch touchscreen, barcode scanning capabilities, and high durability against dust, water, and drops.
