Cotality expands property data reach through new partnerships

Property technology firm Cotality has entered into two significant industry developments. In Australia, Buyersagents.com.au has signed a master licence agreement with Cotality to name them as the preferred data partner for the upcoming BuyersagentsOS. This partnership will natively embed Cotality’s RP Data Premium features directly into the BuyersagentsOS software, allowing agents to access suburb statistics, comparable sales data, and comprehensive property reports within their primary CRM.

Simultaneously, Cotality has joined the Open Property Data Association (OPDA) in the United Kingdom. As a member, Cotality will contribute its database of over 150 million property records and 25 years of historical transactional data to help establish open, trusted standards for the UK home buying and selling process. The company aims to use its integration expertise to reduce friction across the transaction chain for lenders and surveyors.
