Coteccons launches Workday AI HR platform for 4,000 employees
Coteccons, a listed Vietnamese construction group (HoSE: CTD), has put the Workday AI‑driven human‑resource platform into operation for more than 4,000 staff, becoming the first construction firm in Vietnam to adopt the system. Phase 1A focuses on core HR functions – organisational structure, centralized employee records, leave management, basic compensation, onboarding and performance management – replacing previously fragmented data processes. The platform lets employees update personal information, set work goals and track career development, while managers gain real‑time performance analytics and data‑based decision tools.
The rollout is supported by VSOL, a Coteccons group subsidiary, and Workday’s Vice President Fabio Tiviti, who noted the move sets a new standard for the industry. Coteccons plans a Phase 1B expansion within six months, adding modules for training, recruitment and employee‑feedback tools across all group companies. Nguyen Trinh Thuy Trang, Vice‑General Director of Operations, said the aim is to create a human‑centred workplace where decisions are transparent and data‑driven.
