Coteccons reports strong profit growth and implements significant salary increases

Coteccons has announced significant salary and bonus adjustments following a period of strong financial growth. For the 2026 fiscal year, the construction firm implemented two salary adjustments, with many employees receiving increases between 20% and 25%. Additionally, approximately 500 employees across four projects received profit-exceeding bonuses ranging from 2 to 15 months' salary.

The company reported a robust fiscal year 2026, with net revenue reaching 34,340 billion VND, a 38% increase from the previous year, and after-tax profit hitting 788.4 billion VND, up nearly 73%. This growth was driven by expanded operations and improved cost efficiency. Coteccons also reported a record backlog of approximately 65,500 billion VND.

Looking ahead to fiscal year 2027, Coteccons has set ambitious targets, aiming for consolidated revenue of 42,000 billion VND and after-tax profit of 1,050 billion VND. Despite the profit increase, the company has decided not to distribute dividends for the 2026 fiscal year, retaining the full 788 billion VND in profit. However, the supervisory board noted rising inventory levels and increased pressure on cash flow due to growing work-in-progress costs.
