Coteccons targets revenue growth and B2C residential expansion
Coteccons has completed its restructuring phase and is positioning itself for a new growth cycle in Vietnam's construction industry. The company reported a record backlog of approximately 70,000 billion VND at the end of the 2026 fiscal year, which is roughly double its annual revenue.
For the 2026 fiscal year, Coteccons recorded net revenue of 34,340 billion VND, a 38% increase from the previous year, and a profit after tax of 788 billion VND, up 73%. Looking ahead to fiscal year 2027, the company has set targets of 42,000 billion VND in revenue and 1,050 billion VND in profit after tax.
Chairman Bolat Duisenov announced a strategic shift toward expanding into the residential construction market for individual customers (B2C), complementing its existing focus on civil, industrial, and infrastructure projects. While long-term revenue projections suggest potential growth to over 72,600 billion VND by 2029, the company is prioritizing contract safety and long-term benefits over pure scale.
