Cotia holds pre-conferences to involve youth in public policy

The Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDCA) in Cotia is conducting a series of pre-conferences across various regions of the city. These meetings serve as preparation for the 12th Municipal Conference on the Rights of Children and Adolescents.

The initiative aims to provide a platform for children and adolescents to directly influence public policy by evaluating local services, identifying community problems, and suggesting improvements for their neighborhoods. One such meeting took place at the Wantuil de Freitas Institution in the Água Espraiada region, which serves 82 children and adolescents from several local areas.
