Council of Judges and Prosecutors announces promotion list

The Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has published the list of judicial and administrative judges and public prosecutors eligible for promotion. According to the decision published in the Official Gazette on September 25, 2026, the promotions apply to those who completed their two-year promotion and adaptation periods by the end of the August 2026 term, in accordance with Law No. 2802.

The list includes hundreds of judicial personnel across Turkey. Notable regional updates include nine judges and prosecutors from Zonguldak and Karadeniz Ereğli who have successfully moved up to new professional degrees.

Judicial members who have completed their promotion periods but do not find their names on the published list have the right to request a re-examination. Such individuals may submit a written petition to the Council of Judges and Prosecutors within 30 days of the announcement date.
