Council of State suspends ruling on Asp di Cosenza cleaning tender

The Council of State has suspended the effects of a Tar Calabria ruling regarding a cleaning and sanitization services tender for the Asp di Cosenza health authority. The previous ruling had annulled the award to the current winning group, which consists of Team Service and Snam Lazio Sud, following an appeal by the second-placed bidder, Consorzio Nazionale Servizi.

The suspension allows the current contract to continue being executed while the legal dispute proceeds before the Council of State. The tender, valued at approximately 40 million euros, covers essential cleaning and sanitization services for hospitals and health facilities. The Asp di Cosenza had appealed the initial ruling to prevent potential disruptions to essential healthcare services that could arise from a rapid reopening of the procurement process.
