Countdown Japan 26/27 announces full artist lineup

The full lineup for the Countdown Japan 26/27 music festival has been announced. The event will take place over five days—December 26, 27, 29, 30, and 31—at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Halls 1–11 and Event Hall in Chiba.

A total of 179 artists are scheduled to perform across four stages, concluding with a New Year's Eve live performance on December 31. The lineup includes a diverse range of performers such as ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION, LE SSERAFIM, Yorushika, Aimer, and Hatsune Miku.

Organizers noted that the festival aims to act as a mirror of the musical era, embracing a borderless definition of rock and pop. The second round of ticket lottery applications is currently open and will run until November 2 at 16:00.
