John Anderson, Country Music Hall of Famer, dies at 71

Country music legend John Anderson passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at the age of 71. His family confirmed the news via social media, describing him as a gifted singer whose music touched countless lives, while emphasizing his role as the beloved heart of their family.
