Country singer Parker McCollum welcomes second child

Parker McCollum and his wife Hallie Ray Light announced the birth of their second son, Tommy Light McCollum, on July 30. The baby weighed 8 lb 7 oz and the couple shared the news on Instagram on August 1.

McCollum was performing at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado on July 29 when he told the audience he would be heading home for the birth. He dedicated his song “Hell of a Year” to his wife and said family comes first. The singer postponed his upcoming shows – the July 31 concert in Kansas City, Missouri, and the August 1 show in Omaha, Nebraska – rescheduling them to September 12 and September 10 respectively, with tickets honored for the new dates.
