Court-ordered property auctions announced in Uşak and Kayseri

Various real estate assets in Turkey are being put up for electronic auction following court decisions to resolve partnerships.

In Uşak, a 26.7-acre field located in Aktaş village is scheduled for sale. The property, which features road access and fertile soil, has an estimated value of 1,334,000 TL. The first auction period is set to run from December 10, 2026, to December 17, 2026, with a second round scheduled for January 2027 if the initial sale is not completed.

In Kayseri, two residential apartments in the Talas and Kocasinan districts are being auctioned. A 3+1 apartment in Talas, measuring 120 square meters net, has an estimated value of 3.3 million TL. A second 3+1 apartment in Kocasinan, measuring 95 square meters net, is valued at 2.4 million TL. The first auction process for these properties is scheduled to take place between February 19 and February 26, 2027.
