Robertson accused Sutter of treating her poorly and failing to offer support following Robertson's split from Ben Flajnik, alleging that Sutter treated her “like s---” during an event in Malibu.

Sutter denied the allegations of mistreatment, though she acknowledged that past social media posts and podcast comments had caused friction. Sutter noted that she had previously attempted to extend an “olive branch” via email regarding Robertson's book, an apology which Robertson had reportedly accepted at the time.
