Covabra Supermercados reopens modernized store in Limeira
Covabra Supermercados has officially reopened its modernized store located on the Limeira-Piracicaba Highway (SP-147) in Limeira, Brazil. The renovation, which took approximately 60 days, updates the unit to the retail chain’s current architectural and visual identity standards.
The upgraded facility features a new layout designed for an intuitive shopping experience, including updated lighting, signage, and furniture. The store now incorporates ‘store in store’ concepts and standardized sections for the bakery, deli, and butcher shop. The location offers parking for approximately 304 to 350 vehicles, including underground spaces, and carries around 19,000 items.
This reopening holds historical significance for the company, as Limeira is where the group’s origins began 37 years ago. Covabra president Dioner dos Santos noted that the investment aims to provide the same comfort and organization found in the chain’s newest units. The event was attended by local authorities, including Mayor Murilo Félix.
