Covered California has released its standardized benefit designs for 2027, outlining changes to deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket limits across various metal tiers.

Plan options include Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, alongside enhanced Silver plans (Silver 73, 87, and 94) for those qualifying for Cost-Sharing Reductions (CSR). For example, the Platinum 90 plan features a $0 deductible and a $5,500 individual out-of-pocket maximum, while the standard Silver 70 plan carries a $4,700 medical deductible and an $11,650 out-of-pocket maximum.
