Coway expands B2B business with customized appliance solutions

Coway is expanding its business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) operations by leveraging its established management infrastructure for water purifiers, air purifiers, and bidets. The company provides customized solutions that include professional consulting, specialized installation tailored to specific environments—such as hotel room layouts—and ongoing maintenance services like filter replacement and hygiene management.

Recent large-scale contracts include approximately 9,200 units for Nonghyup branches and 5,700 units for CJ Group affiliates last year. In the first half of this year, the company secured a contract for 2,200 units from Megastudy. Coway has also established a presence in the luxury hotel sector, supplying products to major establishments including Conrad Seoul, Grand Hyatt Seoul, Paradise Hotel Busan, and Banyan Tree Seoul.

Additionally, Coway is growing its public sector presence through B2G procurement contracts, such as air purifier projects for the Seoul, Ulsan, and Jeju offices of education.
