Cowichan Performing Arts Centre announces October event lineup

The Cowichan Performing Arts Centre has announced an eclectic lineup of events for October, featuring interactive entertainment, art, and classical music.

The month begins on October 1 and 2 with an interactive stage show based on ‘The Price is Right’. Presented by The Brick, the show allows eligible participants to play classic games such as Plinko and The Big Wheel for prizes including appliances and vacations. Guests aged 19 and older are eligible to claim certain prizes.

On October 3, Culture Days will feature an artist talk and tour by Chantey Dayal for her exhibit, ‘Hand on the Heart, Fist in the Sky’. The collection includes paintings, textiles, and archival materials from Palestine, combining personal and historical perspectives.

On October 4, the venue will host Quartetto Gelato, a classical music performance featuring Colin Maier, Tino Popovic, Dobrochna Zubeck, and Matti Pulkki.
