Coyote vs. Acme arrives on digital after successful box office comeback

The Looney Tunes film ‘Coyote vs. Acme’ has transitioned to digital platforms for rental and purchase following a successful theatrical comeback. Originally produced by Warner Bros. with a $70 million budget, the film was shelved in 2023 as part of a $30 million tax write-off. Following significant fan outcry and coordinated campaigns, the rights were acquired by Ketchup Entertainment.

The live-action and animated hybrid, starring Will Forte and John Cena, follows Wile E. Coyote as he sues the ACME Corporation for defective products. After its August 2026 theatrical release, the film reportedly grossed between $88 million and $100 million globally, seeing particular success in Latin American markets. It is now available on digital services such as Prime Video, with 4K Blu-ray preorders also being made available.
