CPAC Balkans to be held in Belgrade with Aleksandar Vučić as keynote speaker

The American conservative organization CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) has announced its first Balkan conference, scheduled to take place in Belgrade, Serbia, from November 18 to 21, 2026. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić is set to be the keynote speaker for the event.

Organizers stated that the conference will bring together regional leaders, policymakers, and activists focused on themes of national sovereignty, traditional values, family, free enterprise, and the preservation of Western civilization. A central topic of the gathering will be energy security, with discussions highlighting the potential for increased American energy exports to help Balkan nations reduce dependence on unreliable suppliers.

CPAC President Matt Schlapp noted that the expansion into Southeast Europe follows significant conservative political successes in the Americas and Japan. He specifically highlighted President Vučić’s role in strengthening strategic cooperation with the United States.
