CPI Property Group to sell Warsaw Spire skyscraper for 372 million euros

CPI Property Group (CPIPG) has announced the sale of the Spire skyscraper in Warsaw, valued at approximately 372 million euros (roughly 9 billion CZK). The 49-story building, which stands 220 meters tall including its antenna, is one of Poland’s tallest structures and features 72,000 square meters of leasable area.

According to group spokesperson Jakub Velen, the decision to sell aligns with the company’s strategy to capitalize on current investor interest in the Polish real estate market. The building is fully stabilized with long-term leases, housing major tenants such as Samsung, JLL, and Goldman Sachs.

The divestment is part of a broader effort by Radovan Vítek’s group to reduce debt through asset sales. Recent transactions include property in central London and land in the Bubne district of Prague. Through its Austrian subsidiary, CPI Europe, the group maintains a significant real estate portfolio across Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, and other parts of Central and Eastern Europe.
