Cpro Gruppe acquires SAP specialist exxonit GmbH

The Cpro Gruppe, a portfolio company of the pan-European investment firm Egeria, has acquired exxonit GmbH, a consulting and software firm specializing in SAP technology. IMAP acted as the advisor to the shareholders of exxonit GmbH during the sale.

Through this acquisition, the Cpro Gruppe adds approximately 60 employees to its team and aims to strengthen its presence in the public sector. Founded in 2011, exxonit brings extensive experience in meeting the requirements of public administration, as well as expertise in sectors such as mechanical engineering, insurance, and the food industry.

The Cpro Gruppe is an established SAP Gold Partner in the DACH region, employing over 600 people across ten locations. The integration allows exxonit to leverage the broader service offerings of the Cpro Gruppe while expanding its reach within a larger corporate structure.
