Craftsmanship events scheduled in Germany

Various craft-focused events are scheduled in Germany. On September 12, the Handwerkskammer Südthüringen is hosting ‘Handwerk all-in’ at the Bildungscampus BTZ Rohr-Kloster. This career day features more than 60 training companies providing hands-on demonstrations in fields such as woodworking, painting, baking, and welding. The event is designed to introduce students in grades 7 to 11 and their families to vocational training and career opportunities.

Additionally, the 33rd Craftsman Market will take place on September 27 at the German Shepherd Museum in Hersbruck. Operating under the motto ‘Good work lasts longer,’ the market will showcase products made from wood, stone, wool, wax, and clay. The event includes live New Orleans jazz, demonstrations of traditional linen processing, and animal exhibits, including llamas.
