Crave announces premiere date for comedy series Slo Pitch

Crave has announced the premiere date for its original mockumentary comedy series, ‘Slo Pitch’, set for September 25. The series follows the Brovaries, a queer beer league softball team striving for a championship season.

Centered on Coach Joanne Pico, played by Jess Salgueiro, the plot follows her attempt to lead the team to victory after her longtime girlfriend leaves her to join a rival team. The 10-episode series will release two episodes every Friday.

International distribution agreements have been secured through Sphere Abacus, a Bell Media company. The series will be available via Sky in the UK and Ireland, Sky New Zealand, and HBO Max in Australia.
