Crayon Shinchan Cinema Parade flagship store to open in Taipei

The official Crayon Shinchan flagship store, ‘Crayon Shinchan Cinema Parade’, is set to make its Taiwan debut on July 30 at the UNDERCITY: XIMEN underground mall in Taipei. This expansion follows the success of the original concept shop established in Tokyo in 2022.

Licensed by Futabasha, the store is a joint project between FANFANS and Sumitomo Corporation Taiwan. The location aims to replicate the experience of the Japanese stores, featuring hundreds of varieties of official merchandise imported directly from Japan, including stationery, daily necessities, and collector items.

The store will also feature life-sized character figures, such as ‘Robo-to-chan’ and villains from ‘Adventure in Henderland’, to recreate iconic movie scenes. Additionally, the shop will offer the earliest pre-sales in Taiwan for merchandise related to the latest film, ‘Crayon Shinchan: Shimofuri Tantei! Ki-ki-kai-kai! Ora no Yokai Bake-shon’.
