Crazy Kalyanam film review: Mixed reception for Anupama Parameswaran's latest

The film Crazy Kalyanam, starring Anupama Parameswaran, Naresh, and Tharun Bhascker, has received mixed reviews following its release. The story follows Keerthi, a graduate seeking independence and a government job, whose romantic relationship with a handloom weaver disrupts her father's plans to marry her into a respectable family.

Critics noted strong performances from veteran actor Naresh, who was praised for his ability to handle both comedic and emotional scenes. Tharun Bhascker was also highlighted as a standout performer. While the first half of the film is described as entertaining due to its comedy and character dynamics, the second half is criticized for being slow, dragged, and superficial.

Technical elements such as cinematography and music received positive mentions, but the overall execution was deemed weak, preventing the film from reaching its full potential.
