Crédit Foncier offers contact options for existing mortgage borrowers
Crédit Foncier has ceased issuing new mortgage loans after its reorganisation within the BPCE group, but it continues to manage hundreds of thousands of existing housing loan contracts. The bank’s dedicated client‑service centre remains operational for inquiries about current loans, insurance, statements and payment incidents.
Borrowers can reach the service by phone at 01 49 77 91 17 (Monday‑Friday 9 am‑7 pm), through an online contact form on the Crédit Foncier portal, or by post to its Nanterre address. Most product‑related requests, such as rate renegotiation or loan buy‑backs, are now handled by BPCE’s Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne branches, which have the necessary tools and mandates. The management of viager mortgages has been transferred to the CFCAL subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, requiring borrowers to use specialised brokers for technical issues.
