Córdoba emerges as a major logistics hub in Argentina

Logistics in Argentina is shifting from a behind‑the‑scenes service to a leading investment sector, driven by a 64% surge in e‑commerce and the demand for faster deliveries. Córdoba’s central location, extensive road connections and available land have positioned it among the country's top sites for distribution centres, logistics hubs and industrial parks, alongside other key regions such as Rosario, Mendoza, Tucumán and Neuquén.

The industry is increasingly adopting advanced technologies—automation, artificial intelligence, real‑time monitoring and data analytics—to improve warehouse efficiency and supply‑chain speed.

Investors anticipate continued spending on technology and the development of integrated industrial parks that combine infrastructure, security and connectivity, aiming to lower operating costs and support rapid expansion of logistics firms.
