Córdoba expands Cuotazas financing program for home and construction

Governor Martín Llaryora has announced an expansion of the ‘Cuotazas’ financing program, part of the Córdoba Impulsa initiative. The program, which utilizes the Cordobesa credit card and is supported by Bancor, will now include new sectors such as mattress stores, paint shops, construction material retailers, furniture stores, and bazaars.

Under the expanded plan, consumers can access interest-free installments ranging from 9 to 20 months depending on the commercial segment. This expansion adds approximately 1,337 new local businesses to the program, bringing the total number of participating merchants to nearly 10,000.

The initiative aims to stimulate local consumption and support commercial activity and employment amidst national economic challenges. Governor Llaryora stated that the program serves as a tool to cushion the impact of the economic crisis on families and businesses, emphasizing the necessity of active state intervention to support the local economy.
