Córdoba Government opens registration for Human Rights Diploma

The Government of Córdoba, through the Secretariat of Human Rights and Diversity and the Provincial University of Córdoba (UPC), has opened registration for the sixth cohort of its Human Rights Diploma. The program is scheduled to run from October 2026 to April 2027.

Established in 2021, the diploma offers free training and has seen over 20,000 participants across its various editions. Due to its 100% virtual format, which includes both synchronous and asynchronous classes, the program has attracted students from various parts of Argentina and abroad.

Officials, including Minister of Institutional Management and Liaison Miguel Siciliano and Secretary of Human Rights and Diversity Tamara Pez, emphasized the importance of providing high-quality, public, and free educational spaces to promote the defense of human rights and democratic culture.
