Córdoba Governor Martín Llaryora boosts provincial economy with BYMA office and new production minister

Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA) opened its first office outside Buenos Aires in Córdoba, an event inaugurated by Governor Martín Llaryora. The new office is part of BYMA’s federal expansion aimed at strengthening Argentina’s capital markets and providing financing tools to local companies and investors.

In the same week, Governor Llaryora appointed Fernando Sibilla as the province’s new Minister of Production. Sibilla brings extensive private‑sector experience, having served as Chief Growth Officer of Revolution Group, president of Capabilia, former president of FAdeA and former director of the Unión Industrial de Córdoba.

Deputy Gabriel Bornoroni also convened a BICE (Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior) forum that gathered more than 100 companies and 50 municipal leaders from across Córdoba. BICE presented a range of financing lines and tools intended to stimulate investment and job creation in the province.
