Córdoba hosts 2026 Youth Club World Cup

The 2026 Youth Club World Cup, known as the Trofeo Al-Ándalus, begins on Monday, August 31, in Córdoba, Spain. The ten-day tournament will feature 12 elite youth academies from Europe and South America.

El Arcángel will serve as the primary venue, with matches also hosted across six other municipalities in the province. Participating teams include Real Madrid, Real Betis, Real Sociedad, Córdoba CF, and Málaga from Spain. International competitors include Dinamo Zagreb (Croatia), Wolverhampton (England), Sporting Clube (Portugal), Bayer Leverkusen (Germany), Racing Club (Argentina), Sao Paulo (Brazil), and Athletico Paranaense (Brazil).

While FC Barcelona won the trophy last year, they will not be participating in this edition.
