Córdoba hosts BIM For All 2026 digital transformation forum

The BIM For All 2026 forum was held in Córdoba, bringing together leaders from the construction, energy, and industrial sectors to discuss the impact of digital transformation. Under the theme ‘From data to decision: intelligence for efficiency with global reach,’ the event focused on the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies.

Local officials, including Córdoba Mayor Daniel Passerini and Minister of Production, Science, and Technological Innovation Fernando Sibilla, emphasized the importance of public-private and academic-sector collaboration. Passerini highlighted that public-private articulation is a core public policy in Córdoba to strengthen its position in the knowledge economy.

Minister Sibilla noted that BIM is an innovative, export-oriented sector that enhances competitiveness. He addressed the current economic challenges facing the construction and commerce sectors, stating that his administration aims to mitigate the impact of declining activity while promoting the internationalization of dynamic companies to encourage investment and job creation.
