Córdoba hosts U.S. AI Week to promote technological innovation

The U.S. AI Week Córdoba, a collaborative initiative between the Government of the United States, Carnegie Mellon University, and the Government of Córdoba, is working to promote the adoption of artificial intelligence. The event aims to strengthen ties between the public sector, private industry, and academia to foster innovation and employment.

During the event, Córdoba's Chief of Staff, Manuel Calvo, emphasized the need for states and companies to work together to ensure technological transformations benefit all sectors. He highlighted the province's diverse productive matrix and its commitment to creating an environment favorable for investment.

In a related development, Bancor officials met with representatives from the U.S. Export-Import Bank (EXIMBank) and ProCórdoba to explore financing and technical assistance. The goal is to provide local companies with access to U.S. technology and financing, specifically targeting advancements in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and agriculture.
