In Córdoba, Spain, the Archaeological and Ethnological Museum is hosting the technical conference ‘Treasures in the Museum: sources for knowledge’ on October 8 and 9. The event brings together museum professionals, academics, and researchers to discuss the historical and social value of major archaeological finds, including the Almadenes treasure and Visigothic goldsmithing. The program also addresses heritage protection against looting, featuring the National Police to discuss specialized recovery efforts.

In Argentina, the tenth edition of the Feria del Centro is underway at the Estación Fluvial in Rosario. This regional meeting of creative industries features 180 enterprises from Santa Fe, Córdoba, and Entre Ríos, covering sectors such as graphic design, fashion, and natural cosmetics. During the opening, Governor Maximiliano Pullaro signed the founding act of the Permanent Culture Table of the Central Region to foster regional cooperation and employment.

Additionally, the Córdoba provincial government is launching the ‘Night of the Interior Civic Centers’ throughout October. This initiative provides extended service hours for citizens to complete administrative tasks and includes a cultural talent competition for seniors.
