Córdoba judicial workers debate new TSJ salary proposal

The Tribunal Superior de Justicia (TSJ) of Córdoba has presented a new salary proposal to the Asociación Gremial de Empleados del Poder Judicial (AGEPJ) amid mandatory conciliation ordered by the provincial Labor Secretariat.

The offer includes advancing the installments for the gradual equalization with Federal Justice, originally scheduled for 2027 and 2028, to be paid in September and December 2026. Key components of the proposal also feature the payment of 50% of the “permanencia” concept for all categories, a 1.9% non-remunerative salary boost, and a reduction of extraordinary contributions from 8% to 6%.

Additionally, the TSJ has proposed that no deductions be made for strike days if the agreement is accepted. AGEPJ representatives are currently analyzing the offer with union leaders from across the province. A schedule of assemblies will be announced to debate the terms, culminating in an Extraordinary General Assembly on September 1, where members will vote to either approve or reject the proposal.
