Córdoba, Mexico, inaugurates new road infrastructure project

The Córdoba City Council in Veracruz, Mexico, has inaugurated a new hydraulic concrete paving project in the Privada El Otate area of the La Posta neighborhood. The project, led by Mayor Manuel Alonso Cerezo, involved an investment of approximately 1.72 million pesos sourced from the Municipal Strengthening Fund (FORTAMUN).

The infrastructure work included the construction of over 650 square meters of pavement, 138 linear meters of curbs, and 11.52 square meters of sidewalks. The improvements are intended to enhance mobility and safety for 64 direct beneficiaries. Additionally, cost savings from the project execution will fund the installation of three new streetlights to improve nighttime visibility in the area.
