Tucumán attracted 65,180 visitors, adding $7 billion to the local economy. Córdoba recorded over 200,000 tourists, producing an impact exceeding $63 billion and achieving near‑full occupancy in key locations such as Villa General Belgrano and La Cumbrecita. San Luis reported a similar scale of visitation, while the San Juan department of Valle Fértil led provincial occupancy at 85 % and generated $3.54 billion in activity. Foreign tourists made up 4‑5 % of San Juan’s arrivals, mainly from Chile and Wales, drawn by a high‑profile rugby match. Overall, the weekend’s tourism wave delivered substantial revenues across accommodation, gastronomy, transport and retail sectors nationwide.
