Córdoba ranked as the world's most walkable city

A new ranking by Skyscanner has identified the world's most pedestrian-friendly cities for travelers looking to explore on foot without the need for cars or public transport. The study analyzed 30 emerging travel destinations based on 14 criteria, including the distance between major attractions, walking time, terrain, air quality, safety, and the availability of walking paths.

Córdoba, Spain, secured the top position in the ranking. The city is noted for its historical significance, featuring landmarks such as the La Mezquita mosque-cathedral and the UNESCO World Heritage site of La Judería. According to the data, walking between Córdoba's main attractions takes approximately 26 minutes and covers roughly 2,730 steps.
