Córdoba to host International Cheese Festival in November

The city of Córdoba will host the ‘Andalucía-Gusto del Sur International Cheese Festival’ from November 12 to 15. The event is designed to bring together professionals and enthusiasts from around the world for a universal exhibition of cheese culture and the dairy sector.

Félix Romero, the delegate for Economic Development, Promotion, and Employment for the Diputación de Córdoba, noted that this edition has reached record participation levels. There are over 5,000 registered cheeses representing more than 44 countries across five continents. The festival will also feature more than 300 judges from 50 different countries.

The event aims to promote innovation, internationalization, and the opening of new markets for the dairy industry, while showcasing the region's gastronomy, culture, and heritage.
