CRE completes Logis Square Kyotanabe B logistics facility in Kyoto

CRE has completed construction of Logis Square Kyotanabe B, a multi-tenant logistics facility located in Kyotanabe City, Kyoto Prefecture. The four-story building has a total floor area of approximately 96,660 square meters. The facility has already reached a contract rate of approximately 60% prior to its completion on August 31.

When combined with the adjacent Logis Square Kyotanabe A, the two-building project covers a total floor area exceeding 240,000 square meters, representing CRE’s largest development in the Kansai region. The site offers strategic access to major transportation networks, including the Second Keihan Road and the Shin-Meishin Expressway, facilitating connections between Kobe and Nagoya.

Designed for high operational efficiency, the facility features rampways for large vehicles to access the second and third floors and includes 162 truck berths. The building also incorporates environmental features, such as LED lighting and solar power systems, and has obtained BELS Six Star and ZEB Ready certifications.
