Creative storytelling and educational projects in Germany

Local cultural and educational activities in Germany are highlighting creative approaches to storytelling. In Wülfrath, the Medien-Welt venue is hosting a reading session on September 19. The event features Luckshani Ratnakumar reading the classic story 'Heidi,' supported by the Kamishibai storytelling theater 'Heidi.' The session, designed for children aged four and up, includes subsequent drawing and crafting activities.

In Wächtersbach, students at the Friedrich-August-Genth-Schule have completed a creative project centered on fairy tales. Rather than traditional reading and writing, students developed and constructed their own fairy tale board games. The project integrated various skills, including drawing, writing, and the use of modern technology such as 3D printing and artificial intelligence to create game boards and components.
