Credem and InJob announce new hiring plans in Italy

Credem, a major Italian banking group, is continuing its recruitment strategy with plans to hire approximately 100 additional employees by the end of 2026. This follows the recruitment of over 280 staff members during the first nine months of 2026. The new hires will primarily focus on branch networks and technological areas to support the group’s long-term development strategy.

Separately, the recruitment firm InJob, part of the W Group, has launched a plan to hire over 50 new professionals within the next 12 months. This expansion aims to support the company’s goal of doubling its turnover and workforce, targeting 200 million euros in revenue and over 300 employees by 2030. The recruitment drive will focus on branch managers, commercial managers, selection managers, and recruitment consultants, with a particular emphasis on strengthening teams in Veneto, Lombardy, and Emilia Romagna.
