CrediaBank signs first unified collective bargaining agreement

CrediaBank management and employee unions have signed a new three-year collective bargaining agreement, marking the first unified agreement following the merger of Attica Bank and the former Pankritia Bank.

The agreement, effective from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029, establishes a common framework for compensation, benefits, and labor relations. Key provisions include a gradual increase in earnings with a focus on lower salary grades and the establishment of a minimum gross monthly salary of 1,600 euros. Individual operational bonuses will be consolidated into a single, transparent operational allowance.

Additionally, the contract expands social and family benefits, including increased support for childcare, nursery, and kindergarten use, as well as enhanced benefits for marriage, childbirth, and large families. The agreement also includes recognition of academic excellence for employees' children and maintains group life and health insurance programs.
