Credit Suisse High Yield Credit Fund approves 1-for-10 reverse share split

The Credit Suisse High Yield Credit Fund (NYSE American: DHY) has approved a 1-for-10 reverse share split. The transaction is expected to take effect before the NYSE American market opens on September 30, 2026, for shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 29, 2026.

While the fund will retain its DHY ticker symbol, it will be assigned a new CUSIP number (22544F202). The reverse split is intended to increase the market price per share, which may improve liquidity and broaden the investor base. The fund stated that the total investment value and portfolio holdings for shareholders will remain unchanged, though each account will reflect one-tenth the number of shares at a proportionally higher net asset value (NAV) per share. Fractional shares will be cashed out and proceeds distributed pro rata to shareholders.

Additionally, the fund is expected to change its name to the UBS Asset Management High Yield Credit Fund on September 4, 2026.
