Credo Technology gets Brown Capital boost, SG Americas cuts stake

Brown Capital Management added Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd. (NASDAQ:CRDO) to its Small Company Fund, citing the company's central role in AI infrastructure build‑out. Credo reported third‑quarter FY2026 revenue of $407 million, a 51.9% increase quarter‑over‑quarter, and highlighted its acquisition of DustPhotonics and partnership with AI chip maker Rebellions to expand silicon‑photonic connectivity.

SG Americas Securities LLC reduced its holding in Credo Technology by 38.1% in the first quarter, selling 96,374 shares. The fund now owns 156,481 shares, representing 0.08% of the company and valued at about $14.7 million. The move follows similar activity by other large investors in the stock.
