Credo Technology Group reports high revenue growth driven by AI infrastructure demand

Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd. has seen significant stock movement and reported strong financial results driven by demand for AI infrastructure. The company recently reported quarterly revenue of $479 million, representing a 114.7% increase year-over-year, with non-GAAP net income rising approximately 140% year-over-year to $236.3 million.

On the product front, Credo announced that its Toucan retimer achieved PCI-SIG 6.x compliance, enhancing interoperability for AI servers and data centers. The company also introduced a new family of 224G-based 1.6T ZeroFlap optical transceivers aimed at AI networks, supporting a management target of over $600 million in fiscal 2027 optical revenue.

While Mizuho lowered its price target for the stock from $290 to $245, it maintained an Outperform rating. Additionally, Credo’s inclusion in the FTSE All-World Index is expected to increase institutional visibility and potential demand from index-tracking funds.
