Crema approves overpass project to replace Via Cadorna bridge

Crema Mayor Fabio Bergamaschi has announced the approval of the executive project for a new overpass to address the closure of the Via Cadorna bridge. The administration identifies this overpass as the most rapid and innovative solution to restore city access.

Construction is expected to begin in October and conclude in November. Regarding the debate over a temporary bridge, the Mayor stated that feasibility studies and technical assessments—including cost verifications and consultations with the Serio Park and AIPO—will continue in the coming months to evaluate its viability.
