Crema hosts fifth edition of non-competitive ‘Run for fun’

The fifth edition of the ‘Run for fun’ non-competitive cross-country run is scheduled for October 3 in Crema. Organized by the Racchetti-da Vinci high school, the event features a 5-kilometer route starting from the Colonia Seriana gym, following the Serio river toward the school’s forest.

The initiative is supported by the local municipality and the Parco del Serio. It aims to promote environmental awareness among students, parents, teachers, and alumni. Since 2019, the event has contributed to the expansion of the ‘Bosco del liceo’ (school forest), where students plant trees to support the river ecosystem.
